SECURITY
ST PAULS is aware of the importance of payment security. Our payments page
utilizes a 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption in
processing your orders and keeping it private and protected.
You will know you are entering a secure site by the display of text message
alerting you to this and a golden lock 
at the right bottom toolbar of your computer screen. Credit card details are not stored with your login
details nor kept online. They are deleted from our secure server
immediately after we receive a confirmation of your order.
Whilst ST PAULS will never be complacent with security, you should immediately report any
unauthorised use of your credit card and comply with the issuer's reporting
procedures and practices.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment to ST PAULS can be made via internet (with our SSL server),
phone, fax or email. We accept any of the following:
 
- Credit card
- Cheque
- Money order
Orders will sent upon clearance of payment.
FREIGHT
Our freight charges are cost effective and simple to understand.
We offer flat rate on freight and handling based on nett invoice price.
Rates are as follows:
For orders within Australia:
$0-$25 = $5.00
$26-$50 = $8.00
$51-$100 = $10.00
$101-$200 = $15.00
$200+ = Free
For international orders, normal freight cost is applied.
SEARCH
If you know the title, author or ISBN of the book you like simple
use QUICK FIND or ADVANCED
SEARCH. Search Results can be sorted in either ascending or descending order according to Title, ISBN, Author and Price. Further sort can be made for a particular department according to publisher.
If you are not sure of the title, author or ISBN simply select Keywords
and type in keywords (e.g. prayer, bible, etc). This scans our entire catalogue.
ORDER
Once you have located the title/s desired, simply click the IN CART
button
and you will be taken to your shopping cart. You will be asked to create an account if you have not already done so or else LOG-IN to your existing account with us.
Items in your cart are displayed in your shopping cart box located at the upper left hand corner of our site.
You can remove, add or adjust number of items in your shopping
cart.
PRICING
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are GST
inclusive. A 10% GST applies on transactions made in
Australia.
While every attempt is made to ensure that all prices published on
the site are correct, prices may sometimes vary for reasons beyond our
control. ST PAULS will contact you before processing your order
should there be any substantial price variance.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important at ST PAULS. Any personal information
received is protected by our secure server and is purely used to
fulfill your transaction and improve the services offered our visitors
and customers.
ST PAULS will not sell, or provide your personal information
to others unless you expressly permit it.
AVAILABILITY
Most titles published on the site are in stock. You
will be notified of status of items not in currently in
stock. Expected date of arrival of upcoming titles are listed in their corresponding entry in the homepage.
